Lavandula x intermedia 'Phenomenal'
- Lavandin. To 24". Involving crosses of L. latifolia and L. angustifloia, these plants range widely in habit and flower color, but combine the best traits of French and English lavenders. Not generally hardy north of Zone 6, and best as a perennial in warm, coastal areas with sharp drainage.
