Festuca ovina glauca 'Festina'
- Cool season grass with soft, silvery-blue foliage. To about 12" in clower. Deeper blue foliage in full sun and dry soil. Tolerates poor soil, drought, and salt. Somewhat short-lived, especially in heavy soil. Summer blooming.
