First Step Greenhouses is a specialized grower of young plants. We offer a complete line of annuals, perennials, rooted liners, grasses, herbs and vegetables. We founded our business and procedures from information taken from growers, like you, who were unsatisfied with their current suppliers. Our goal is to provide the highest quality plug available and to far exceed the customer service levels that supplier/broker relationships offer.

We offer a complete line of plugs available in 512, 288, 144 and 72 trays.  Our rooted liner program is available in the 50 and 25 strip ellepot tray. First Step Greenhouses produces plants 52 weeks a year and publishes an availability list weekly.

Located in Southern California, we are able to offer you a highly toned, quality plug. Being southern grown also means each plant has more accumulated energy and will transplant and grow-out quicker.
